There is an image of a human being seen starting in the early 400's that is probably the "ran away man," (TRAM) who had been standing next to EMMETT J. HUDSON (the DP groundskeeper) on the north pergola steps during the shots, and we can see TRAM, who turned and ran up the west steps leading up to the north pergola. He has never been identified. What is interesting is after TRAM left HUDSON's side, another man moved next to HUDSON. In his Sheriffs affidavit describing the conversation he had with the other man on the steps with him, Hudson said. "This man said ‘Lay Down’ and we did." In one of the CT books HUDSON told the author this *second* man told him "Lay down, son, they're shooting the President from the bushes" (i will locate the book for citation). The same man (TRAM) could not have told Hudson to lay down because he wasn't around to do it. But the other man who joined them on the steps was there to tell HUDSON to lay down. Where did this other man come from? In WILLIS slide 5 we can see three men in the area of the steps. EMMETT J. HUDSON (in red jacket), TRAM, and the "black dog man" (BDM) at the top of the steps. The third guy on the steps in MOORMAN, MUCHMORE and NIX has to be BDM. If not, then where did the third guy come from? And where did BDM go? Only 4.9 seconds was available for the third man on the steps to get there as we can see in WILLIS slide 5 there was only 2 men on the steps. BDM was the only person in range to have joined them on the steps within that time period. In ROBERT GRODEN's video production "The Case for Conspiracy", he shows a section of the NIX film he has enlarged to see movement above the white wall. GRODEN say's this is BDM running away after the head shot; it is not; it is the movement of TRAM who had been waiting with HUDSON on the steps that we know turned and ran away after the head shot. It is also pretty well established that the man who spoke with HUDSON after the shots, the BDM, had been sitting on a park bench that was near the retaining wall. The interesting thing, of course, is HUDSON's statement about where a shot(s) originated from, which supports the NEWMAN's statements, who were only some 40 feet away from HUDSON. Here is HUDSON's 11.22.63 affadavit: ------------------------------------------------------- VOLUNTARY STATEMENT. Not Under Arrest. Form No. 86 SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT COUNTY OF DALLAS, TEXAS Before me, the undersigned authority, on this the 22nd day of November A.D. 1963 personally appeared Emmett Joseph Hudson, Address 107 South Bishop, Dallas, Texas Age 56 , Phone No. WH 2-2008 Deposes and says: I am presently employed by the City of Dallas, Texas in the Park Department. I have been so employed for the past 6 years. My position is to take care of the property on the West side of Houston Street between Houston Street and the Tripple [sic] Underpass. I also take care of the fountain in front of the Union Terminal. This day a was sitting on the front steps of the sloping area and about half way down the steps. There was another man sitting there with me. He was sitting on my left and we were both facing the street with our backs to the railroad yards and the brick building. At the same time the President's car was directly in front of us, I heard a shot and I saw the President fall over in the seat. I do not know who this other man was that was sitting beside me. In our conversation he talked about having a hard time finding a place to park. He also talked about working somewhere over on Industrial Blvd. This man said Lay down and we did. I definately [sic] heard 3 shots. The shots that I heard definately [sic] came from behind and above me. When I laid down on the ground I laid on my right side and my view was still toward the street where the President's car had passed. I did look around but I did not see any firearms at all. This shot sounded to me like a high powered rifle. /s/ Emmett J. Hudson Subscribed and sworn to before me on this the 22nd day of Nov A. D. 1963 /s/ C. M.
