In short, I did not see or film the paper bag. This is not to say that it wasn't nearby. It is possible that I just failed to see it. The sack was outside the building shortly after 2:30, and on its way to the police station. It was probably found shortly after 2;00 O'clock. I don't think Oswald was connected to the assassination at this time. As I recall, Oswald was captured about 2:00 and was only a suspect in the murder of Tippit during this time frame I am doing other things now and cannot answer all the same questions sent to me by "Researchers." I published my report for those who want answers. This and other FAQs are in my report if anybody is interested. I don't plan to publish Chapters 1 thru 3 again. It's too much work for a non profit project. If I had the requests to justify having it printed on a press it would make it much simpler, but I think I have supplied all those who are interested in the facts. Chapter 4 will be published for those who have sent in their payment in advance. As I told you earlier, a publisher is interested in printing all four chapters in book form that will be made available to libraries and schools. Regards, Tom Alyea
