McLain's statements are irrelevant. His cycle was the only one in the exact position to 
have picked up the echoes from the first shot. Yes, his cycle was predicted to be on 
Houston and it was. But his cycle was not stopped and the photographic evidence shows 
that he could have been and probably was in the correct position to pick up the echoes.
